• Positioned the WAZER desktop waterjet as the must-have digital fabrication tool for both Makers and Professionals. Initiated a public dialogue launching WAZER with a feature story and the cover of Make: Magazine 2019 Ultimate Guide to Digital Fabrication along with a full-page article in the Fabricator magazine.

• Drove compelling and consistent messaging, publicity, events, video content, community activations, and social media content.

• Directed customer success campaigns, developing technical training resources that build customer confidence. This included beta testing early iterations of the WAZER to identify customer pain points. Used this knowledge to edit and produce creative content, the writing, and taking of technical photos for the 200+ page WAZER user manual and online troubleshooting articles. Also, produced all customer onboarding “How-to” video content; drawing storyboards, writing scripts, Produced a seasonal content marketing video to tie into Super Bowl excitement; created storyboards, shot time-lapse footage, performed in the video and narrated the voiceover content.

• Negotiated influencer marketing partnerships and the creation of WAZER dedicated influencer videos and social media content from top DIY influencers like Bob Clagett from I Like To Make Stuff and Jimmy DiResta.

• Secured and orchestrated TV appearances, events, and installations with media and cultural partners such as the Maker Faire New York 2018 event with a community activations at Fat Cat Fab Lab and media coverage. Orchestrated successful tradeshow experiences at IMTS 2018 and FABTECH 2018 that included live demos of the WAZER and engaging showpieces.
